Greetings, fair newsletter reader!
Today, I’m speaking with you about changes coming to this newsletter before the end of January 2023.
If you’re a regular subscriber, let me say thanks. I’m grateful you’ve decided to share some of your very full inbox space with me. I’ll do my best to keep bringing you the good stuff.
Now, onto my next point…
First, I’m changing the format of this newsletter to two days per week. You likely don’t know, but I am in the midst of a doctoral program, and my time is full of those tasks, among many others.
But I want to continue creating this content for you.
Starting this week, you’ll get a newsletter from me on Fridays. I’ll share a list of 10 things I think are worth sharing. These will include my own content and the great things I find on the interwebs.
This will give me an opportunity to differentiate the content in this newsletter from my blog and share more cool stuff with you.
You will continue to receive the “10 Things” emails every Friday for free for as long as you like. However (here comes my second point), for $5/month or $50/year paid subscribers get:
Bonus Tuesday emails
Every Tuesday morning, I’ll send you an essay, a tool I can’t live without, a technique I use, a favorite book from my collection, or another exclusive behind-the-scenes peek at my process. This content will be exclusive to paid subscribers.Monthly Podcast
Once per month, I’ll sit down at the microphone and send you a podcast episode. Heck, there’s a decent chance I’ll even have some guests on in the near future.
Access to a community
Commenting and discussion threads are reserved exclusively for paid subscribers. As many have noted, we learn a ton from each other.Full archives
Becoming a paid subscriber, even just for one month, gives you access to all the back issues of this newsletter.Special offers and other goodies
You’ll be the first to know about events, books (oh, did I forget to mention I’m working on my first book?), and everything else.
Let me be clear (you just read that in President Biden’s voice, didn’t you?), if you are a subscriber now, you can remain a free subscriber for as long as you like. I’m thrilled to have you around and will continue to share cool stuff with you.
Offering a subscription helps me focus on creating more content and building a network of great people who can interact and communicate, helping us all improve.
Thanks for your time and for reading this. I look forward to bringing you more awesome stuff in the future.
